"The decks are a bigger problem than anticipated. We (seller) originally
thought that only the outside skirt/fascia boards needed to be
replaced, along with maybe a handful of deck boards. When we removed the
skirt boards, we discovered that most decking is rotted at the ends and
much of the rim joists are rotted because the skirt boards trapped
