John was extremely helpful during my inspection. He took the time to help me understand why the items he noted were an issue and also was very willing to answer questions about how various things in the house worked (which was very valuable for a younger home-buyer) . While we weren't able to come to an agreement with the homeowners, the walk through I did with John taught me several things I should look for before putting in an offer and I feel much better looking at future homes knowing that I have an inspector I can trust!
